Is the brew supposed to look like a cup of hot tea?
Yes, at first. The coffee is light roasted, so it will have a light color in your cup at first. The Brew Bags will go to a darker the longer it brews. while the other brew options will brew with a darker color. The coffee is full of flavor and is a wonderful burst of caffeine.
How long should I let the coffee brew?
Your Brew Bags, you can enjoy a "Thirsty Brew" immediately and a full brew in less than 10 minutes. For the Home Brew and the Brew Jars, please follow your brewing items timing.
What creamers should I use?
Since your coffee is full of flavor, have fun matching them with flavored creamer. For example, Caramel Vanilla Latte coffee with a Caramel Macchiato creamer is mmm mmm good!

If coffee is left in the roaster long enough after the first crack, it has the potential to crack a second time.
Light roast coffees are removed from the roaster two to three minutes after the first crack, whereas dark roast can remain in the roaster past the 2nd crack which is where their dark profile comes from.
Light roast coffees are less oily and less bitter versus dark roasts and also have more caffeine by volume than dark roasts.
